The lines starting with #PBFORMS should not be indented, but indenting them does not cause any problems.
They should be treated like #COMPILE EXE and #DIM ALL.
The other lines can be indented.

I used to have to go back and edit multiple times to get the formatting correct or remove jibberish characters when posting source code.

Would suggest calling a shutdown to close file handles, kill timers before using it.
