SQLitening hangs after 53 connect/disconnects

I have tried putting SLEEP statements, DOEVENTS and
also tried with PBCC and get the same results.

The lines starting with #PBFORMS should not be indented, but indenting them does not cause any problems.
They should be treated like #COMPILE EXE and #DIM ALL.
The other lines can be indented.
